8×8 has been named a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for the eleventh consecutive year. Amrit Chaudhuri, CMO of 8×8, cited the company’s commitment to providing a differentiated offering with its XCaaS single-vendor cloud communications and contact center product. 8×8 Work, the company’s offering that combines cloud voice, video meetings, and team chat, serves users in 56 countries. Chaudhuri emphasized that 8×8’s XCaaS approach helps customers reduce costs and achieve high ROI.
